Weiterlesen I got a cheesesteak with fried onions and mushrooms. $11 and it came with french fries. Everything including the fries were seasoned very well. This was two different cheesesteaks. The meat on top was dry. The meat on bottom was Juicy and flavorful. I'm thinking they put the slices of cheese on the roll and put the meat on top of the cheese because something held the juice in. The roll was standard. I videoed some of the cheese and grease that came out of the back of my cheesesteak.. If they could get that through the whole Cheesesteak this would be an outstanding cheesesteak.

It was horrible service. Possibly because we got there at 3pm(our reservation) and it didn't seem like anyone wanted to work. The male bartender instantly had a... The male bartender instantly had and gave an attitude when asked if I could have a refill of water. I asked him if I could get some of the cucumber water which was a available moments before but was now empty. He related yes then proceeded to give me tap water. I asked him is the other water not an option and he just huffed and took the two water cupshe just filled up, threw them away then gave m ugly stairs while he refilled it. My wife and I were there for our birthdays which are a day apart July 1st 2nd. We asked that the crab cake sandwich be extra broiled so that it would be crispy but it doesn't even seem like she let the chef know because the burgers were soggy. Horrible time and that bar tenders needs to be let go or talked to. It's like he took a personal offense that we did want to sit inside or maybe because we looked happy. I don't know but he's loosing money for the company

The chicken was dry and the mac was disappointing as well. There was no ooey gooey from the cheese! The saving grace was the sauce which definitely salvaged the whole meal. I expected better from all the raving reviews I heard of this place. Might need to redo that slogan about the meat that can't be beat

I told him I had a reservation, but he said that it was not necessary. I said I had an Open Table reservation--something that appeared not to have a meaning for him. The trumpeted view of the Baltimore skyline were not there. Most of the tables overlook HVAC equipment on an adjacent building. The rest overlook the outdoor terrace, beyond which one can barely make out a flat landscape in the distance with the top of a church tower. Once I was seated I had to wait several minutes for a server. I ordered the crab salad with a side sandwich and a glass of sauv blanc. Disappointed they took teriyaki off the wings as that was my favourite. Food was very good once it came though.
