Weiterlesen It is rare to hear an entrepreneur/employee working under the Kotipizza brand bothering a customer when a card payment does not work for the customer. :o The card payment did not go through for the mother who was at the cash register with her two children, and the young man of foreign origin who was at the cash register bluntly scolded the mother for disrupting the sale while other customers have to wait. This mother tried to defend herself by saying that she is a customer and shouldn't be spoken to like that, but the employee at the checkout didn't seem to understand this. He repeatedly asked to move to the side so that others (ie our family) can order. This was so pointless, because after listening to that conversation, it wouldn't even have occurred to me to order anything from this Kotipizza. We moved to the adjacent Sub for a meal.
