Immer wieder top! Stopped here exhausted and hot after a 3 hour hike. We were generally ignored for 30min. Our various attempts to ask waiters for help were brushed off and the bar staff ignored us if we had moved on... Finally served by surly waiter food then came further futile attempts to get the bill The waiters were all our generation mature and must clearly follow our example and retire they lost their mojo!

Many Empanada joints in the city have tried in recent weeks, these are the most tasty. They have a selection of about 8 fillings, many suitable for vegetarians. You get to hear everyone who comes to comment here to eat positively on the taste. The empanadas... come with a sauce to die for!

Stayed here for one night as we wanted to visit Creux du Van. The yurt are great with one double bed and two single beds. I was worried that it might be really hot inside since it 's summer, but it was actually pretty cool at...night. No toilet/bathroom in the yurt, so we had to walk to the communal ones (shared with others who stay at the 'dormitory '. Having said these though, I think the yurts are better more private than their rooms or dormitory (bunk beds) which are more hostel like. There are 3 yurts. Accommodation rate incl. breakfast dinner. Food served at lunch dinner: fondue, potato gratin ham and mixed salad (big small). For breakfast, they serve tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, butter, jam and a platter of dried meat cheese. You will see cows, pigs and hens in the compound. Creux du Van is 7 10 minutes walking from Le Soliat up the hill. In the afternoon you might walk pass the Angus cows some are with their calves. They are friendly (and a bit noisy with the big bells around their necks). Great adventure for families, just be careful with the Creux du Van 's deep cliff

De lo que era, solo conservan el nombre y los precios porque en cuanto a calidad no vas a encontrar algo fuera de lo común. Hay lugares que se jactan de la calidad de sus platos para justificar el mal aspecto y lo incómodo del lugar, este no sería el caso

This is a place well off the normal tourist routes but truly one to go and visit. You wont find another year old restaurant in Switzerland with such elegant, thoughtful and memorable food. Perhaps Michelin hasn't found it either!!! I would also doubt whether...there is another original wine cellar to match this one. And you can visit it and taste the wines before you sit down for lunch/supper. And there is a vast and truly epic wine list. In winter there is always a warming fire in many rooms and the staff are just simply a delight. The rooms are functional and very clean with all the amenities of a top class hotel, but you don't come here to sleep !
