Mostly I buy locally caught fish: turbot, brill, sea bass, sea bream, etc., but they also tempt me with special fish, fresh from Billingsgate market especially my favourite red mullet. I know that I can rely on Jack and Neil to offer the freshest fish available. There is nothing better than fish that that has just come out of the water. It makes me rejoice that I moved to Brighton.
