The staff openly tell you they do this to improve their score from head office. There can be 4-5 cars waiting in the pick up area for their drive through order to be brought out to them. How wrong is this? The other day I went through and ordered a medium coffee and I was told my order wasn’t ready and I had to go wait in the pick up area. I refused to leave the window area until my coffee was handed to me through the drive through window.
