The woman taking the order confirmed the sub order then the wrap, but on white. I asked if they had wheat wraps, she confirmed with someone elsethat they did and asked is that all. She said 20-30mins. That was that. Showed up at 8:13. Was told a few mins wait, asexpected. I waited inside. Around 8:30 she mentions a steak tip sub to the man preparing subs. 8:40ish I get my order, with afree side of fries. I should have known...I called back at 8:48 to tell them my steak tip sub was on a wheat wrap and my chickenwrap was on white. Entire order was wrong..and no bbq sauce. While calling me sweatie 10+ times, and after asking for the subat least to be remade, she refused. I was polite until it came to what do you want me to do, credit you, or...? . And thentelling me that she doesn 't remember half the conversation we had about my order and that I was completely wrong about what Iordered. Why would I say not toasted to a wrap? She had a nasty attitude and we 're stuck with a completely wrong order. And asI can see from other reviews, this is a problem. The bad attitude alone isn 't worth this place. I would have been there right atclosing and threw the chicken into the wheat wrap I ordered, if they would have taken the last 10mins of opening to make the subcorrectly. But they refused. Just such a bad experience all around. She denied the free fries were because of my 50min waitinstead of the 20-30mins it should have taken. I 'm curious to see what they call a credit . Do better by your customers. Yourcashier is more concerned about arguing and lying, than trying to make it right.
