We complained, and after 20 minutes, they finally brought the poutine. The crepes were good, and the poutine was acceptable (nothing special and with cold cheese). The hot chocolates and coffee tasted like tap water (probably not even filtered). The waiters seemed lost, and some tables were not served, especially those further away from the cashier.
