Weiterlesen They overfilled my burrito. The sauce I asked for was spilling over the edge and really made a mess. Not only that, but I got the pork meat option and it had a lot of gristle. The customer service was also horrid. There was one girl who worked there who had a bad attitude. No one has name tags so I can't tell what her name was, but she really messed up the experience for my wife and I. My wife asked for extra sauce and the woman decided to get an attitude for no reason. Whatever you do, do NOT go there in the morning. The night crew seems nicer.

Two burrito bowls, one chicken and one beef, one quesadilla and two burritos with different ingredients. They didn’t mark any of the items so we were unable to tell what each one was. When I asked they couldn’t tell me, they didn’t roll the burritos so when we open them everything fell on the floor. They didn’t offer to assist in anyway and acted as if it was an inconvenience that we were even in the restaurant. I’ve been to this location many times and had good experiences and some not as good but this by far was the worst of any restaurant anywhere. I should have known it may not be the best because when I came in I was the only one in line and asked about the quesadilla because I had had one there…the young man walked away with out a word of explanation a minute it two later a young man came out and started the order… the only one in the place with manners. My burrito bowl was the best it’s ever been BUT I’ll need to think long and hard before I return to this location.

On the one hand, if you go from Fairmont, there to busy changing employees instead of changing the food on the line.

One of the fastest place to go for lunch when you save 10 minutes. You're in no time and out, even if there are 5 people in front of you. I always go for the sa... I always go for the same thing, the chicken burrito. Brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, medium salsa, avocado and cheese with a large Dr. Pepper.. in and out fast.. The only thing that the workers do is... You always ask what you want and I say, Chicken Burrito, please! And I always have to repeat myself at least 4 times. The first time they ask me what I want. The second, 10 seconds later when they put my tortilla in the iron.. 10 seconds later, really...? The third 30 seconds later when they ask Brown rice or white? ... What a meat!

The spigot no longer identified if it was sweet or unsweet. You would think that if there is only one it would be unsweet so that the customer could choose to add sweetener if they wanted. NOPE. I asked. They only made sweet tea so the customers are stuck with only sugar drinks. NOT SO SMART.
