Weiterlesen First time coming to restaurant for my sons birthday. Waited at table for 20 mins and not one greeting from several servers who had passed. I finally advised the woman who was the supervisor, and she apologized and advised “she would comp appetizer” ; even though I didn’t ask. We simply needed service. Waiter finally came and apologized again, however, very short personality. Finally received meal, food was delicious but it’s clear these people are not use to African Americans in their establishment. The table behind us received superb service and didn’t wait at all for services. What really took the cake was when our waitress came back and told me my credit card was declined and the charge was clearly on phone as approved. Again, the manager came over and gave the spill on how an “transaction works “. When it’s clear as day my card was approved; she then took the same card back and swiped again, and it was approved. So, it’s very clear it wasn’t an issue with “the card” the first time, it was the server. Clear cut racism!! Even though the food is awesome, my family and I will not be back! Learn to treat your African American customers the same as the Caucasian that was sitting around us.
