There’s a reason they have stars every dish was fabulous. The 4 course lunch which was actually about 15 courses w the yummy extras they kept introducing. It’s hard to single out one special dish, but the frogs legs amuse bouche, langoustines in 3 ways, carrot side dish, and mint soufflé deserve a mention. And beef Wellington!
