The staff was as invested in making for a great experience as I was. Hannah, Clay, Madison, and Jordan, the team at Duck Donuts, provided exemplary customer service AND extra donuts that fell just outside of Duck Donuts' 30-minute fresh standards. Awesome! I love KK donuts but Duck Donuts products and service are unparalleled! Treat yourself to some cakey donut goodness from Duck Donuts!

I placed my order on my mobile app and chose the option for board and I also chose no vehicle because I went my dog. I came and said here, start my order and I waited and waited and waited. I saw people inside and only two or three people went to the store. I waited 30 minutes! Nothing ever came out, I EVEN CALLED and was separated TWICE. I couldn't wait any longer because I had to be somewhere, but I didn't think my order would last over 30 minutes.
