Weiterlesen Fürchterlich, das Brot ist verbrannt, komplett matschig und am Auseinanderfallen. Meine Pommes flapsiger als eine Spaghetti, müffeln nach altem Fett und schmecken auch so. Der Drehspieß sah jetzt auch nicht so sonderlich einladend aus. Und so schmeckte diese Stulle auch, komplett geschmacklos und gummiartig. Die Lahmacun Bestellung meines Kollegen sah auch nicht besser aus und roch zudem etwas streng, es tut mir leid das so salopp zu sagen, es sah wie erbrochenes aus. Auch den Sanitäranlagen gilt mein Lob, sehen zwar sauber aus, rochen aber wie jede Autobahnraststätte. Um so besser ist der Ausblick auf diese vom Verzehrbereich aus. Zusammengefasst lässt sich sagen, es ist eine Anstrengung für Nase, den Verdauungstrakt und die Psyche. Bitte tut euch diese Belastung nicht an.

Personally, I have very rarely forgotten anything, I always check before leaving. If they ever forget something, they react quite quickly. They are friendly, just go and see them kindly (it's annoying to forget things, but no need to attack like I've often seen in this restaurant) I encourage you! Especially since many are surely students with little time to rest. You are courageous. They are human beings! I am sending you lots of strength

Weiterlesen Ich kann mich nur anschließen. In Kelkheim und Umkreis mit Abstand das beste, schnuckeligste und freundlichste Thai Restaurant. Ich komme schon viele Jahre immer wieder gerne alleine oder mit Freunden hier hin. Ja, auch ich habe das Essen wenige Male reklamiert. Aber es wurde professionell damit umgegangen und für Ersatz/Alternative gesorgt. Da ich selbst in der Gastronomie arbeite kann ich jedem nur raten: Kommunikation ist alles. Jeder Gastgeber möchte dem Gast das Beste geben. Also liebes Team: Danke das ihr da seid. Freue mich auf die Erweiterung und den neuen Raum... Ganz liebe Grüße

Andrea ensured all was taken care of, and the service she provided was second to none. Wow so much food! I always have reservations when going out for a group dinner, and set menu. Will there be enough etc etc, let me reassure anyone considering the Cottage for their next night out. The food, quality and quantity was outstanding. Well done all !
