Booked a reservation for five people on Wednesday night, and after enjoying our oysters and wine, the chef came to our table to introduce himself. We received a tour of the restaurant and the chef let us sample a few varieties ofsalt that we could use with our fish. The varieties of salt are located next to the fish showcased on ice in front of therestaurant. My interpretation of his vision for the restaurant is ingredients of the highest quality that are executed in asimple yet sophisticated way. The meal was perfection. We dinned throughout the night and even though the restaurant wasclosing we were never asked to leave. Delicious food and excellent service.
