Weiterlesen Service here was terrible. I ordered a chicken fried dish rice for lunch as a pickup order. When I got home I realized that they had given me shrimp fried rice (I'm allergic to shrimp so if I had taken a bite of this, this could have been extremelydangerous). I called the restaurant asking for a refund and they refused to do so. They claimed that I needed to bring back thedish to the restaurant to exchange the order. At this point, there was a lunch rush but I had no other option but to go back andshow them the mistake they made. They still refused to offer me a refund and the best they could do is make a separate order.This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a restaurant especially because they didn't acknowledge the risk involvedwith this considering food allergies. As a side note, the food is also bland. I would avoid it at all costs.
