I have dined for lunch one time, and dinner on several occasions, and every visit has been perfect. The menu has something for everyone, and the service (especially if you are lucky enough to be waited on by Abigail) makes for a memorable dining adventure. For a special occasion you couldn't find a more beautiful restaurant, and for any evening when you don't feel like cooking Sabio's is a great alternative. It's a shame every city doesn't have at least one restaurant of this quality.

Recommend calling for reservations. Pre-COVID review: Lovingly prepared food, interesting wine list that has lots of by-the-glass options- provided with expert knowledge, and amazing thoughtful service. They love what they do and truly love sharing their food and culture.

Weiterlesen We had the tasting menu which was amazing. We began with at least 5 starters including fresh oysters and a heavenly deviled egg with caviar. We moved on to a refreshing salad and then two outstanding main dishes of black cod and quail. We ended the dinner with four desserts, each one better than the last. Service was perfect and the dishes well paced. Overall, a wonderful experience.
