Ordered on their app at 5:45, called after two hours and no food to be told it was on the way, then got called half an hour later by one of their delivery drivers to tell us they would only deliver the food if we gave them an extra £10 on arrival when we had already paid through the app, when we told said delivery driver we would not pay this extra charge, he got extremely rude, so much so we had to hang up the phone. We then called another 30 minutes later, with no food, to be met with excuses saying we lived ages away when we live 3 miles from the restaurant, we ask if this food had any intention of being actually delivered and we were told that if would be a “fair bit”. They got told this was obviously unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour, and they said they would send it out within half an hour, it is now 9pm and we shall see. Will not be coming back.
