Weiterlesen First time dining in Boston Market, food was great but the service that my fiance and I received last night was outstanding. As soon as we walked in thru the doors, Keith, greeted us with a great smile on his face. Along with taking our order, as we were eating, Keith came out and asked how everything was. This man is a hard worker and showed OUTSTANDING customer service to me and everyone else. I will be back again. Most people go out of their way to complain about their experiences, this was amazing and just know that hard work doesn't go unrecognized.

The food met my discriminating standards so let me get that out of the way. The owner, Big John himself was right there, front of house and he and his lovely wife are beautiful people. For those reasons, they've earned my devotion and I wish them so much success in this endeavor! What did not meet my standards, and I hope this is taken constructively... Two very rude servers I won't go into the specifics) because I really wish this couple much success and don't want to hurt their business, but I will say that perhaps some customer service training needs to happen. Another thing that may not seem like a big thing, but the choice of using lavender Fabuloso to wipe down tables is probably not the best choice as it competes with the smell of the amazing food. The space is on the smaller side and maybe a more neutral scent would work better. Overall, I'm a fan! Well done Mr and Mrs Big John. My friend and I enjoyed the little conversation we had. Also thank you for the apology for the mishap. It went a long way in earning our loyalty.

Weiterlesen Went this morning after my friend suggested them as a local bagel shop that they worked down the road from. Got an Everything Bagel toasted w/ Veggie Cream Cheese. When I got to my car and left, I immediately pulled out my bagel for a bite. The bagel didn't have much flavor itself and the cream cheese either has something pickled in it OR is bad. I figured maybe they just add something different to their recipe and that's the difference but after a few bites, the taste was too off. After reading reviews, I will not be returning. Unfortunately instead of constructive criticism, this owner takes everything as a direct insult. It's unfortunate. I was hoping to find another great bagel shop but instead was met with lack of enthusiasm, and a sad bagel.
