06.01.2024 - 14:26I got food poisoning from the shrimp chowmein, i only ate a few bites. The shrimp was mushy and it tasted old. Never again.

16.08.2023 - 06:45I came here for the supposed vegan options, but all I saw was a single vegan cupcake in the dessert case. The next challenge was trying to get the attention of the two women at the counter. When I said I just wanted a cupcake, one of them said she’d be right back. I was the only person in “line,” mind you. For about 10 minutes, I stood awkwardly waiting while one woman appeared to be filling an order from the drive through window and the other served and chatted with a table of young men. The pace of service was, let’s say, a drag. I eventually got my cupcake, but the hostess seemed disappointed when I said I didn’t want anything else. I could have gotten some coffee with CBD added, as I’m pretty sure everyone in the building already had a shot or two this morning, based on their lethargic demeanor. The menu didn’t have any other vegan options, although it did list almond milk and lemonade. How was the cupcake? It looked like it had been sitting out for a day or two. The cake was dry, but the frosting was good. Would I come here again? Probably not. You’d think a hippie stoner place would be much more vegan friendly.

17.04.2023 - 10:00This is one of the best places in Chinese cuisine I've had for a long time. Food is excellent, fast and friendly service and very cheap prices.

15.04.2023 - 10:46Excellent for breakfast!!! Traditional Mexican and American breakfasts both, yum. Friendly fast service. Fresh and piping hot homemade food. I recommend the migas and the huevos rancheros especially.

14.04.2023 - 13:13My first experience with a crawfish in the States. It's quite different from what I used to have them cooked in Europe. I'd say that salt and dill is all you need to cook crawfish but this spicy recipe with the sausage and corn is good as well. I had crawfish here three times and one of the time it seemed not freshly boiled/cooked. So if I had an option I'd put 4.5 stars for that.

08.04.2023 - 04:41Just Hibachi and Sushi. My wife and I stayed at Musashi last night looking for something lighter and thought it would be similar to other Japanese places that made the whole Hibachi/Sushi/Entree thing. I was really surprised to find that she was just the Hibachi Grill and her sushi bar was some of an afterthought, mainly used to add an additional option to her dinner. What was even more surprising was the amount of smoke in the hallway and whole restaurant for this matter. Before I get to dinner, I have to say that I agree with other reviewers that this restaurant needs a makeover. It is very dim on the inside (what is why none of my pictures turned out) that is in order for certain ambience, but the dimminess that is coupled with no windows creates a smaller and darker atmosphere. The fans about the Hibachi Grills must definitely be replaced because they are extremely powered so that smoke fill the restaurant. I'm sure my coat I brought in smells like Hibachi Grill for at least 3 days. As far as food is concerned, it's quite easy Hibachi tariff. No Frills here, you can choose from chicken, steak, fillet miignion, scallops, shrimps and lobster (market price). I was in other Hibachi Grills where they have something creative on the menu to stand out like Calamari or salmon, but as I said, do not expect you to find on the menu Frills. Prices are equal to the prices of other Hibachi's in the city, but they will start on extras immediately if you are not careful. Should your chicken or steak be Terriyaki? Extra. Would You fried rice instead of steamed white rice? Extra. And so on. The Hibachi chefs make a pretty standard song and dance to prepare your food. You catch your plate on fire, which is not something I have seen such a kind of places. In total, the Hibachi Churches get the job and get more friendly when you talk to them more. On the other hand, the servers are either very overworked or very lazy, as our drinks were continuously unfilled over 5 minutes. We even had to wait very long to place our order. But in the end, this place seems to have a quite unique atmosphere along with an above-average Hibachi dinner. In addition, it seemed to be a large amount of Asian people at every table that proved to me that it should be good food, haha.

02.04.2023 - 08:57My fiancé and I came to his 21st. Birthday here and we loved every moment. We sat very fast (we had a reservation) the drinks were delicious and nice, our waitress was incredible and had many suggestions that fit our food preferences, and the food was definitely some of the best I had in Corpus. 10/10 recommended I cannot wait to go back. We have the veggie roll and the vegan eggplant jerks. We also tried the Hara drink and one of the smoke bubble drinks!
