I booked 2 rooms and they both had something wrong with them. Rm 716 the heat didn't work and there was candy wrap still on the floor from previous guests. Rm71... Rm714 it had mold on the ceiling, walls, and shower curtains. We all had headaches when we left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I took pictures and showed it to the lady at the front desk the only thing she did was gave back $12.99 resort fee to 1 room. Never again will I stay here or recommend anyone else to.Als the workers at the Cafe in the casino was rude.. Didn't know how to check your money with the counterfeit pen.

Weiterlesen I was taken by the way one of the bartenders by the name of Curtis or Scott professional behavior was so terrible. Now it was crowded but the rear tables were empty. My bartender Nate, who was very professional , told me to take a seat at one of the empty seats until he could take my order. This other guy rudely insisted that I get up and went as far as trying to get the manager to do the same,. Instead of taking care of the customers that were waiting , he insisted on focusing on me. I think this guy has a problem with people of color because his attitude toward me was very very ugly. The manager was great and professional as well as Nate.who was very very professional. I will be going back because their food is great and the manager and Nate made me feel very welcome.. I do intend to speak with management about this guy ugly and inappropriate attitude toward certain customers. 1/29/2022 was the date
