Weiterlesen First and Oak is one of the best restaurants in Solvang! The beauty of this restaurant is the small and warm feeling. The service is excellent and welcoming. The host welcomes you immediately with a smile and the server is well versed in its menu. The exterior looks like a small holiday home and the wooden floors inside are very nostalgic by a time. Your outdoor dining area is both functional and welcoming. Not too many tables allow it not to look stunned and there are many heat lamps to keep the screen owners warm. As beautiful as the decor is, the food is the spotlight. The fish of the day was delicious and perfectly flavored. Not to be transferred where the fish is not overwhelmed by spices, but rather complicated by them. The scallops and pasta were also very delicious and well prepared. My only criticism is that a handful of green onions were simply dropped over them as clothes. Not bad, but a little lazy to taste food with an overweight of uncooked shrimp. Overall, First Oak is a wonderful experience while in Solvang and it is worth visiting more than once.

I didn't get any butter or syrup. why shouldn't a restaurant give this flavor. I will never order from this place again. it is their responsibility to train employees to give the consumer syrup and butter. was not happy because no one fixes the problem. I paid a fee, paid for food, and a tip.
