Weiterlesen Anytime I'm in Lafayette, I look for places the locals eat. As I was driving on University, I saw it: older building, full parking lot. I whipped in. Once inside I was greeted by friendly staff. I went to what the half Julien Special. My lone complaint is I found it a bit salty. Not deal-breaker salty. Just salty for me. Otherwise it was good.I think I'll go back tomorrow and try the shrimp poboy!

Be careful to make it clear that you want your food. Speaking of eating the paradilla for two was amazing (see picture)! This is a great place for a date or try some new dishes.
