Arrived for pre booked meal. Waited 45mins to be asked if we wanted a drink (decided to order food immediately as not to wait any longer- and thought best to sk... Waited 45mins to be asked if we wanted a drink (decided to order food immediately as not to wait any longer- and thought best to skip the starter as we had two kids with us who were already being so patient). No apologies from staff for the wait. Asked what wait time was on food and told 20 minutes to which waitress threw two packs of breadsticks on table before leaving again. Requested to speak to manager and waited 15 mins for someone to come over, the assistant manager, she apologised and agreed to discuss at end of meal. Food arrived in dribs drabs after 45 minute wait, no cutlery given had to ask. Two out of four meals were extremely poor. One tasteless and one over cooked with a sorry portion of veg on the side. But we were starving by this point so wasn't sending anything back. No staff checking how meal was or checking needed more drinks. Finished meal and eventually assiatant manager came back. Wasnt asked how meal was, if needed more drinks or if we wanted desert. Complaint resulted in apologies given. Booking system blamed alongside being short staffed. Actually would have accepted this if staff had communicated and apologised throughout but to be honest they were not bothered. Given drinks for free, was too late in day to bother arguing, it had been a long evening and it was an insult to finish off the experience, especially since 3 out of 4 of us had soft drinks. Was using eat out to help out scheme for this meal, it certainly wasn't worth it with even 50% off so I will never return to pay full price.

Weiterlesen We ate here dinner at a tor 1 tour in the surroundings. this was recommended by our guide. there was an English menu, but not the daily specialties. our waitress recommended an appetizer/salad with asparagus/potatoes together with scavenger entree for every...us! the chinitzel was delicious, the appetizer hides too much. we felt lost in various ways that they would have proposed to share a starter as it was the cost of the next. we did not request roll, but they were served along with butter. Of course, we ate some, but not all. we were charged $2.5 per roll/person, $1.90 for every container of butter, we unknown!
