On the app. It didn't take long until a nice young employee delivered my order. I wish I could tap her or catch her name-they were very polite and kept her distance. It was incredibly busy inside and I could see that they were stressed, but still managed to be friendly and polite. The coffee was also pipin hot! This is a big plus in my book. I just give 4 stars to confusion for curb-side pickup.
