Weiterlesen My second time visiting the Canning House in Forty Fort was this past Thursday. My only regret is that I wish I would have had the time to dine in and enjoy the staff more. The food is amazing but the wonderful and friendly staff is what will have me coming back to this location. They were able to accommodate a dietary restriction one of my items requested. They were very knowledgeable about the great products sauces and drinks they also sell at the restaurant. Wish I lived closer so I could frequent more often! Please remember to take care of the amazing staff by tipping them. Service like this is hard to find, please show them your appreciation for showing up and doing so with a great attitude they bring to your table! And make sure you tip when you get takeout too!!!!!!

To make review short, I have been coming to this restaurant for many many years and I was so unhappy we went there for my birthday. The service was awful. It took 15 minutes for someone to come up to us. Not when there are only 7 tables seated in the whole restaurant. The crabs tasted terrible and it was by far a terrible night.

I will be back simply because of this option for Sunday brunch! The food was wonderful. Service was not 5 star, but it seems everyone is understaffed right now and given that and experiences at other comparable restaurants right now, it was above average.
