I found the overall experience to be quite underwhelming and was surprised that this restaurant has a Michelin star. The tasting menu was simply poorly designed... The tasting menu was simply poorly designed and the courses didn’t have the quality that I expected. the ingredients seemed disjointed and not playing together. Both meats were served dry and overcooked. The fish was cold (it didn’t help food was waiting by our side to be served for 2-3 minutes). The service was simply not as qualified as I expected, with the exception of the sommelier. Our server had memorized the courses and didn’t seem knowledgeable about them, and in a couple of occasions, served plates to the wrong person. Overall disappointing and definitely not worth paying the amount it cost for it. Won’t be back

Then it took 15 minutes after I had set myself to actually get a server... another 10-15 minutes to place my order. I ordered lobster bisque, a 6oz fillet with shrimp and an icy tea. The lobster Bisque came out luke warm, but tasteful. 25 minutes later they came with a 4oz fillet and lobster... I told them it wasn't my order... 25-30 minutes later my order came out. It was a 4oz fillet with shrimp... I decided to eat it. The strong was good, but it was moderate and not moderately rare as I ordered. I have the tiny round cheesecake that came with the meal to take home. All in $88 for a 1 person meal that was average and wrong. That's sad. I have always loved Ruth Chris, but I think this location is definitely trying to meet their company standards.
