Weiterlesen Went to Slowmans as Tripadvisors have been predominantly extremely positive. Deeply disappointed. Food reasonable, but definitely at the best only 2 out of 5 based on quality and price. Ambience dull. Less than half full even on a Saturday night.. We were told that the Chef was in to live music and would personally entertain with his guitar and voice. Perhaps the restaurant would improve significantly if he remained in the kitchen trying to increase standards. There are so many great places in Hamburg that serve much better food, at much cosier surroundings and at far more reasonable prices. Seek them out.

Worth the wait...Best Ribs I've ever had...what a distinct flavor nice bark all over. walking bird wings were the hot ones and man will they light you up too, but with great flavor....not just hot heat! Enjoyed Outdoor seating on a beautiful spring evening. Go ahead and buy the T-shirt while your in line be a supporter, wish we had one of these in Chattanooga where I live. Favorite amongst BBQ and really restaurants in general. I'll be back whenever I'm near Nashville again.
