Today the pasta nera with artichokes and shrimp was superb. Branzino always perfect. Guineafowl ravioli where delicious. Delicacy, elegance and consistency describe the father and son cuisine.

The oyster loaf is on a bun that NO REAL CHEF would ever serve to a guest they care about. It was huge, not good, too big to eat, and did a terrible disservice to the delicious fried oysters. Why not at least toast the damn thing? Avoid this dish. My friend had the shrimp and grits, with cold grits. I never understand why I get inattentive service when the restaurant is not crowded. 'Why do my finished plates sit in front of me still? ', I wondered. They need to train their servers that they are in NOLA and NOLA servers are some of the best. Pay attention or go home. Go get the BBQ Shrimp, and leave. You 're now in the know. IF you adhere to this, you 'll leave very happy. The sauce served in this dish is world class.

Es geht immer etwas los, das Ambiente ist angenehm und man kann es wirklich gemütlich machen. Ich gehe gerne und regelmäßig zu Brüdern mit Freunden, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch wahr ist.

Besonders empfehlenswert ist auch das böhmische Svijany-Pils. Wer, wie einige der Kritiker dieses Restaurants, sich über die Wartezeiten für die frisch zubereiteten Speisen beschwert, ist wahrscheinlich besser bei der gelben M aufgehoben.
