The service was great I want to give a special shout to the lovely woman with red hair whom didn’t skip a beat. We greatly enjoyed your attention added to the experience. Will go again

Weiterlesen Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Frankfurt und haben an beiden Abenden im Koh Samui gegessen. Das Restaurant wirkt sehr gemütlich und die Bedienung ist fantastisch und freundlich. Die Wartezeit für Essen und Getränke war sehr kurz und das Essen war hervorragend! Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!

After 20 minutes of sitting at the table, we asked if we should order in writing or wait for table. was not sure why there was such a delay when seeing whether we even wanted to order a drink. it was so hot and muggy. asked for water with our beer and weeping order that did not arrive. duree brot came in a reasonable time frame. eating okay if they don't mind waiting for an hour and half after they finally get in the position to order their meal. a large table of 10 got their meal times, although they were much later than we came. When our meal came, I expected a “earning about the delay we are short, / we have completely forgotten about them (even if we were just one of 5 tables)...” what I would have understood. but no word spoken by waitress. really bad service. I have never left a negative review and may not, but polite and some manate in communication with their customers would go a long way.
