Restaurant bewertenWent for lunch around 1.30 pm. Cafe wasn't overly busy. Probably 40% of the tables were occupied.Only one waiter to serve the whole cafe! We waited for 45 minutes to almost an hour to get our food. Find somewhere else to eat if you're starving!Caesar salad was bland. Presentation was great, though! My fish was nice- probably because I was starving by the time the food finally arrived!Chips was undercooked.Prawn in a pot was a hit- a bit pricey for such a small serving.Juice was nice and fresh.
My daughter just wanted some gluten free fish and chips and the chef went out of here way to prepare it. Rang the supplier, checked the chips were gf then did sa special clean batch of oil! Plus grilled fish.
We went for lunch and the place was not too busy but we waited 45 minutes for the food. There was no explanation from the waitress When it came my 'cauliflower soup' was not soup but a puree of caulifower and bacon. It was salty and terrible. My friend got a toastie - at least they couldn't puree that. I expected more here - the view is good but not the food.
We found this place driving through to Gold Coast and stopped to have a quick lunch. The staff are so nice and really accomodating of toddlers the waitress bought us colouring books and pencils to keep our son entertained. We were there 15 min before lunch started but they made us meals of the lunch menu anyway. The caesar salads were huge and very appetizing and our son loved his cheeseburger. The female waitress was so lovely we cant recommend this place highly enough definitely the best place to stop in Coffs Harbour
Been there for some years on and off, food and service let it be morning tea or lunch is always top, what impress me is that the staff, and Anna the owner, always remember you and your preferences.
