So on my second visit to Japan, I made sure to come back, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The 穴子握り (anago nigiri), in particular, is the best I’ve had anywhere. The shop has a few counter seats and a really cozy, authentic atmosphere. Every time I’ve been, it’s been mostly locals dining there, which adds to the charm. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
