Weiterlesen Ricky’s All Day Grill..in Saskatoon.......10 for lunch yesterday, lots of room in the clean quiet restaurant, we were seated quickly, waitresses were very friendly and offered quick and efficient service. Meals arrived in 25 minutes, couple of people mentioned they were not overly warm, one entree, the Mac Cheese wasn’t even luke warm and after 3 or 4 forkfuls was abandon and I ate the side salad and garlic bread(very good). The waitress asked if there was an issue, I said it wasn’t even warm enough to melt the “grated cheese” on top, I didn’t want it replaced, I would just eat the salad and bread. TOTALLY unannounced I assume it was the Manager, his I-pad in tow , had with a photo of the finished meal. I was told that the grated cheese was a garnish, I mentioned that I had assumed the actual food below was meant to be served at a slightly higher temperature than it arrived, speechless he walked away ! I had never asked to see a supervisor, said I wasn’t paying for the meal or asked for a reduction in the price and as by the posted ticket you can see it certainly wasn’t offered ! Someone could use a “Customer Service” refresher !

Here on business over the street and did not want Hotel Essen, so made the 1 minute walk to IHOP. Quiet in the evening of the week. A breakfast ordered for dinner and it was good. Eggs as I ordered, Toast was perfect, bacon crispy and tasty, hash browns crispy as I asked. Service was also excellent. Overall, very nice experience; thank you!

Weiterlesen We took my mother to Frida on a Sunday evening for his birthday and sat on the beautiful terrace because the weather was so beautiful for early March. We had our very busy 3 years with us, and I was comprehensible that he was loud or disturbing for other non-childs who bring bullets. That was not the case, he did well and the hostess, and our waitress Betsy was so sweet to him. They offered him a leaky bite from the "cattle box", which was essentially a free toy he was elated to receive. They also had 3 great children's menu options. The 3 adults had all excellent meals, and it was such an amazing evening. Betsy was great and received the tree-nut allergy of our son. Thanks Betsy and Frida for a great birthday for my mother!

So, this time I left, I got wobble rings and we got the chips and salsa. we never get the queso and guacamole dip. it's cheaper and I'm just not in queso very. the staff is friendly as always and the food is also delicious. If you want to buck, the cheeseburgers are huge and the brot is good. I always have to cut my burger into small pieces because I can't pick him up without making a mess!
