Mcdonald's - Willits

The Willits location forgot half of our order, and we were on a tight schedule, so we couldn’t go back. It was a terrible experience.

I always enjoy the sausage egg McMuffin and coffee, but I would appreciate it if I could get a hash brown that isn't as limp as a boiled noodle.

The staff can be a bit rude and sometimes laughs when customers ask for their food to be served really hot. However, the food is good.

Our order took forever in the Drive-Thru line. ugg. the fish fillet was ok and the fryed hot, but otherwise moderate. they were totally unapoologetic about the super slow service.

Business was slow, waited in the drive through line (boxed in) for 40 minutes (I am not over exaggerating). The employees were kind, the order was accurate...but the line was not very long (about 6 cars were ahead of me when I pulled in), this should not have been a 40+ minute wait.
