Luby's - Webster

I purchased the. Angus Chopped Steak and lost my appetite quickly. A few bites into my Chopped steak and I found a hair in my steak. Stopped eating right away!. My meal was compensated....but still disgusting ?

First thing there is no silverware because they are too lazy and did not want to wrap the silverware up. The cashier said that they were clean but the waitress did not wrap them because they are too busy. So all they had was plastic wear. The manager did not do anything about it. Also they were out of turkey and dressing

I have always enjoyed eating at lucy’s, but lately it seems when they come to their table, most of the foods are not even lukewarm. had chicken fried steak that was not hot, and the gravure was cold. very disappointed!

Always eat a good home cooked. I have been eating at luby for 50 years, first with my grandmother in port arthur and now with my wife and my children in webster. I still get the fried fish with kartoffels and it conjures the loving memories of oma.

This place is always great. my late grandmother came here all the time with me and now my mother and i go anytime we're in the area.my only complaint is that Lubys batter for their fried fish and okra has changed and i absolutely hate it. its only soggy. never crispy and it was just the wrong choice of alternatives in terms of flavor.thats just me tho.
