I went to get a signature latte but didn’t think to check it before driving off. When I arrived at my destination and opened the cup, I found it was only half full, with no whipped cream, and it tasted awful. There was no peppermint, and I ended up paying $14 for it. I won’t be going back again. Every time I visit, the drinks are always cold, and this has happened multiple times. It’s disappointing to pay so much for such poor service.

The staff here definitely need more training. My entire order was incorrect, and I realized this after I had already left during the morning rush. This was not an enjoyable experience at all. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time visiting this location. They really need to improve.

I understand that donuts ordered in the evening won't be as fresh as those made in the morning. However, when the staff sees that the donuts look less appealing than a hockey puck, perhaps it would be best to cancel the order. I was very disappointed with the quality of the donuts. I ended up spending $50 just to feed the birds in my backyard, and they didn't even seem to appreciate it!

The new coffee cup lids are horrible. They don't let the coffee through in a smooth manner because the small hole in the lid for atmospheric pressure to work and let the coffee flow is plugged up and covered by some plastic clasp that comes loose and hitsyou on the nose everytime you try to take sip, causing the hot contents to dribble down the cup and on to your clothes. Whodesigned this? The same people that gave us Coke #2 ?

Twice in the last week I have ordered a medium black cold brew coffee and received a very bitter iced coffee that was obviously not a cold brew. I paid more for the cold brew expecting a better tasting coffee like other locations have provided. Verydisappointed! Don?t mess with a man?s coffee!
