P.f. Chang's Willowbrook Mall - Wayne

Our waiter, Tomaso, was very attentive. Our food was good, just a bit salty. We all agreed it was not greasy and very tasty. We had the crab wontons to start. Mongolian beef, shrimp and lobster sauce and honey shrimp. Plenty to take home too. Noise level wasn’t loud and we could easily hear each other. Our drinks were also very enjoyable, we drank a blushing geisha and a Asian pear monitor. We’ll definitely be back.

Second time here. Both times problems with kitchen. So long for food to come out

It was awful The service was slow The food was slow To come out and the chicken was very chewy The bathroom was very dirty The plates and spoons also dirty Very upsetting , never going back. The riverside square one is way better !

Service was really bad. They served us one dinner at a time. They served the children last approximately min after all adults received their food. You had to hunt the wait staff down to get a refill of water.

From the hostess to the the waitress to our water glasses getting refilled, everyone that works at the new PF Chang was so nice! They asked as we walked in if we were celebrating something. I told them it was my girlfriends birthday . My friend loved that hostess wished her Happy Birthday and of course loved when she could pick a free desert to complete our celebration. The waitress helped us pick PF favorites. Everything was so delicious. The waitress didn’t rush us out to turn the table so we got to relax and enjoy the food and each other. I can’t wait to go back again.
