Arby's - Waterloo

Five stars for the Arby sandwiches, but zero for the inability to work the milkshake machine. first, I must realize that arbys always had good milkshakes everywhere, and one would assume that all arbys have made them available all the time. added, sometimes a milk shaker will break off. but I have ordered a chocolateshake at least five times in the last four months, and every time I told myself that the machine is broken. what is broken is the inability of the manager or franchise owner to do something about it and without saying out.

The dining experience was enjoyable, the restaurant environment was tidy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The beef and cheddar topped with Arby's sauce is the best item on the menu! I need more now! This place also has the friendliest staff of all the Arby's I've been to.

I worked in a house and wanted a 9-pc buffalo wing. so I ordered from the door. when I got my boneless buffalo wings. I counted six and was charged for nine. this was on 11.10.21

My Mom and I went throu the drive throu. We just order a #10 Turkey bacon ranch sandwich, curly fries. Soda. 2 share cause the sandwiches are huge.. It was very good. We both enjoyed it.
