Arby's - Venice

Reminds me of my ex-baby mother, but I would definitely eat here again. but they could use some hotter girls. they are all beaten

It's a toss up 50/50 whether the food is fresh and portions seem to be right or you feel a little chinced in my opinion.

Got the 2 for $6 crispy fish. It was terrible. The order was also messed up. Asked for both plain. Order taker asked if I wanted both plain after I said I did so I know I was heard. Ended up with one plain and one with everything on it. Also my large fries were barely half full.

Very busy staff, in a great way. Food was made fresh, and I could tell even from the drive thru that staff was very active and stocking, prepping, and cleaning inside during downtime. We stopped for a late lunch yesterday and had a great experience. Thank you!

Management is incompetent. I called with a concern and was told that there was no complaint line that I could contact they know nobody to get a hold of incorporate if I had an issue. Was able to Google that information in a little less than 30 seconds. Management was incredibly unhelpful and seemed intentionally to be unhelpful.
