Hello people my very first visit to this restaurant I was very warm and nice, Sonia the waitress Sonia was very very nice her costumers service was the best ever ? I highly recommend this restaurant and her services may God bless her always.

Ordered delivery online They called me after the store was closed, to tel me the were OUT OF CHICKEN!!! Didn't offer me anything, told me too bad.

Swiss Chalet is a franchise that must work on its consistency. We are from Nova Scotia and used to live in Calgary and before that, Ottawa. When you go to a Swiss chalet and order the chicken, you know just what you will get. Great SC taste, perfectly cooked with their signature sauce. (I NEVER ask for the other new sauces that they offer -- Swiss chalet is ALL about the spices and the sauce). Service was fast and friendly. Coupons kept the prices in check. the pecan pie dessert is very good.
