Eegee's - Tucson

The service at this restaurant is inconsistent. They often get the flavors of eegees wrong. This particular visit, one of my three tenders in my 3-pack was not what I ordered. Despite this, the food was still rated 4 out of 5.

My first and last visit to Egee's was a disappointment. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 11:15, arrived at 11:30, but the staff didn't start preparing my food until I got there. I left the restaurant at 11:50 and realized that some items were missing from my order. I was very frustrated and will not be returning. SMH.

I am always a fan of this restaurant. I love coming here for lunch during the week. Despite how busy it can get, it never feels overwhelming. Suzy and her team always greet me with a smile and provide amazing service. The ice machine is always clean, which is a big deal. They never skimp on the ranch dressing, even though I only ever need one. They always make sure to give me plenty. I never hesitate to go to this location. Thank you, eegees!

My order on one sandwich was wrong I called and got hung up on all I wanted to say was what they missed I understand they are busy but wow at least say our bad we are busy but I will say the young lady at the window when we picked up was amazing customer service so thanks guys
