Restaurant bewertenVery unique experience. feels like I was thrown back into the middle age. in any case recommend.
The couple of young people who took the trigance castle is discreet and effective. reception, rooms, environment, waiters, kitchen are irreproachable. Dogs are accepted. quiet, exceptional view. the dishes of the menu .miam miam!
Very nice typical restaurant setting and very good billiard room in spacious rooms free access
The dining room is all they would expect in a closed; sturdy stone walls and arched ceiling. eating is first class and beautifully presented. but a word of warning; the menu is quite limited and concentrates on plating of sorted meats, seafood, vegetables with. a limited choice otherwise. but don't worry that these plates are wonderful. the wine card is excellent with a sortiment of very good local cote de provence weep. the service is perfect. reasonable price for the quality of food. Make sure you book something else, you can't get a table.
Imagine, lunch (or dinner) in an authentic century castle. in the did they can also stay as this is also a hotel with a few rooms. note that the administration has the focus of the restaurant away from the gastronomic and is now. offer a limited number of orders. Of course, the landscape with the beautiful village trigance has remained the same under the fortification, near the famous gorges du verdon. in the inner you remember that you are in an authentic castle (see photos). the place has a total look of raffinesse with carefully selected furniture. we had a dessert, which was served with a sortiment of local vegetables and served in large plates beautifully designed. we had also served a plate of southwestern specialties generously (foie gras, magret fumé,terrine de canard, toast pain aux figues). to dessert we have sampled a white chocolate mousse and milk yoghurt with a mango cook. all with a bottle minuty rose. the service was attentive and timely. the prices are reasonable. in any case they spend the time to visit the castle and admire the view from the panoramic terrace.
