We placed an order for pick up today for a team lunch. Unfortunately, our colleague who made the effort of organising it all had his burger missing and only realised this after coming back to the office. He had to go back to pick it up because no one was able to deliver it or had to go through menu log). Sadly he was not offered anything to make up for the stuff up, perhaps something small as a freebie could have been nice just saying. Frankies Traralgon was a perfect venue for our 50th birthday party. All staff were very accomodating and provided excellent service pre-event and during the event. Everyone is still talking about how great, delicious and generous the food was on the night. Great option for private functions in Traralgon CBD.
