Restaurant bewertenI visited chiado for the first time during winterlicious, and I am so happy that I discovered it. eating the wee and the service were the first class. I had the sardines appetizer and capon main course. I didn't have a place for the amazing pecan tart that tasted delicious!
Great atmosphere, great service, well presented dishes. recommend this experience to everyone.

I love eating at chiado’s! from warm welcome to delicious dessert it is always a wonderful evening. the waiters all seem like an action; they know the menu intimate and are familiar with recommendations and advices (and super attentive and steal I always eat fish and there are so many fresh options that I dazzle each time. the non-fish eater at our table was absolutely thrilled with its steak and neat stack of frits. we got the house wine. I am also surprised with the very generous proportions. as if everything that is not enough, I particularly appreciate the ambiente of the long and narrow space, the lighting and the interesting mix of original art makes them feel busy in the crowd without really feeling that they have lost their private small space. Bravo!
The fish dishes are consistently outstanding visit after visit. This dinner we had sea perch and cherne. Everything was cooked perfectly and the sea perch was out of this world. There was also an order of capon which was moist and tasty. All the meals come with sides of vegetables and potatoes. So nice to get a decent amount of vegetable. We had the waiter select a bottle of wine to go with meals and his choice was perfection. Service was very good. Highly recommended.
