This restaurant deserves more than five stars. It was a perfect and unforgettable evening. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of. The service from the staff was fantastic, and I can't thank them enough.

This small yet top-notch restaurant is located in the city center. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the food is crafted from local ingredients with great attention to detail. The kitchen's creativity shines through in dishes that expertly blend flavors and textures. The service is impeccable, with a special mention for the delicious sauces and well-curated wine selection that perfectly complement the menu. I was pleasantly surprised to find a homemade aroma replacing the traditional Calvados. Each dish was presented flawlessly, although the uniformity in table settings and service may suggest room for improvement in attention to detail. While the prices are on the higher end, the use of locally sourced ingredients and the skill displayed in the kitchen and dining area justify the expense. Overall, this is a restaurant where quality and expertise are truly showcased.

Really good experience and whole. We finally got there after expectations. The kitchen has created a true ma trip from local food that exceeded all expectations. The wine recommendations were perfect. Dine in Meal: Dinner
