Subway - Springfield

We ordered a chicken salad and a tuna sandwich. What can I say it was a salad from subway sandwich fortifications and a tuna sandwich. The staff was nice young people and did good work in these COVID times. Their big mistake was that we drink a well and there was no ice (machine didn't work) and she didn't say that when we ordered. When we asked for ice cream, they did not offer a refund for the drink or even sold one of the bottles or cans from the refrigerator.

I could ask excellent service, fantastic food. Can ask for much more.

Last 3 times I ordered online they completely messed up our order. In my salad they put lots of Mayo instead of ranch. Turkey subs only had 4 slices of meat wrong bread and no mayo. Only thing that was right was the 6 very small slices of tomatoes they put on. I tried at different times during the day and always get the wrong stuff. Will not eat here again! They charged me for more then I ordered which I did have 9 sandwiches for kids but they got them made in a timely manner!
