Bertucci's - Springfield

Heather and the rest of the staff were excellent! Courteous, friendly, prompt and personable. They all worked hard to make our experience pleasant.

I hosted my daughter in Bertucci in Springfield, PA. We had such a wonderful experience, the food was great and Maddie was an absolutely great server. She did a job and was so attentive. We couldn't have been happier.

The food was delicious, and portion sizes were good. Loved the hot rolls of bread and the house white wine is refreshing. I ordered the eggplant parmesan. I think prices are a little steep... I think it's because of the desire to go to Box!

Rylee was an amazing server. She moved us to a larger tablet to take up all the food we ordered. She is also very friendly with a great attitude.

We usually eat in but took a chance with it on pick up on Tuesday. Sandy ordered a Margherita pizza and this is what she got: Too heavy on the tomato sauce, the mozzarella was skimpy and, no basil! First photo is from the online menu... the right side is pickup. Last time we got pickup, my calzone was a lump of raw dough! We have had eat-in a couple of times and it was good. You have been warned!
