Service was excellent, the meal was amazing and courtney made the experience with her amazing personality, although she was only her second day.

Beautiful place and eating was fantastic. I love to make the salad bowls in harvester covid sure they tell them what they want and they add it to the bowl. even if they have a bowl with a potato salad, crumble and bacon bits...

We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be back again. The staff was absolutely lovely and the food was incredible. I know they say don't eat anything bigger than your head but the ice-cream was just to hard to say no to.

We went here for the Brunch with Santa. There was no pressure to see him at any set time. Roxanne and the team asked if we wanted our food first or to see Father Christmas first. We decided to eat first (so as not to get the kids too excited) and we weren’t hurried along. The food was great, and the waiting staff were very attentive but not overly and so good with the kids. It’s fair to say Santa wasn’t the Hollywood version, but he was great with the children, and they were in awe. Roxanne and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely somewhere we’ll go again.

As soon as we entered the front door the female staff (I’m sorry I forgot her name- she had brown hair) we smiled and greeted my family. Her customer service skills were exemplary; she showed patience, expectations to our orders and more importantly true personality. Throughout the meal she asked if the food was satisfactory and we were all happy with everything. We haven’t been regular to this branch of harvester, but from the service delivered I will now gladly be a patron. The only thing I can think of to improve the service; may be after every starter(s) cutlery will be replenished. We had to ask for more knives and forks as we used or forks for the starters and salad dishes. When our main courses arrived we then asked for replacement cutlery. This is only a minor blip as the overall experience was excellent. Your staff at Monkspath has restored my faith in customer service 10/10
