Ordered delivery last night and it was dripping with grease and very soggy. We are only 7 minutes drive away so what's their excuse? We won't be eating kfc anymore cuz unfortunately it made us sick after eating it.

The food is fine, it’s what you’d expect from KFC, but the service at this location needs improvement. The staff are all nice but the past two times I’ve been here, the drink machine has had issues. Also, I recently placed an order online and they forgot to put 2 separate items in my bag. Had I not checked, I would’ve walked out with half my order missing. This isn’t something I’ve consistently experienced at other KFC locations.

This is easily the unfriendliest KFC I have ever been to. I have visited three times now, each time hoping the staff would be more welcoming. However, there were no greetings, no smiles, and the communication was quite rude. I would recommend the owner to train their front staff on customer service. The reviews of this place truly reflect the experience I had.

My order was incorrect three times and the staff member was very impolite. However, the food was fantastic.
