Coursey's - Saint Joe

A friend of mine about how great kursys are. he and his wife made a special trip 175 miles round trip to buy a few ham, and he took me a half sink, no bones and a package of circumcisions. he prepared his pro instructions for christmas and said it had no taste. he said they couldn't taste a smoke taste or any taste at all for this occasion. I was shocked because I have never received a bad product for 30 years or even heard of a complaining against a curscink. we do not cook ours, we only cut and eat cold for sandwiches or freeze. to my insult was ours exactly the same. no taste. No one is perfect, but since they are closed for the season, I have no recourse.

Shout out to John Neal and the staff at Coursey’s Smoked Meats. We always have a Coursey’s ham for Thanksgiving and Christmas and cheese and meats throughout the year but it’s a given request at every holiday. They never disappoint!!! Stopped in on 11/27/21 at 11:30 and they were out of turkey and all cheeses. When we expressed our disappointment, we were greeted with a sarcastic answer of you should have called. We’ve been stopping here for 20 years and never called or dealt with them being sold out of product. It’s a shame to see such a great place reduced to a second rate establishment. No sandwiches, limited or no product and now terrible service. Sadly, after 20 years we won’t be back.

Great cheese snacks and will be having the bacon and summer sausage for the fist time tonight

We saw this place last year going through the area but didn't stop. As my husband said, We can get smoked meat anywhere We had time to kill before we could check into our cabin this year amd decided to pick up some bacon and lunchmeat. This was the BEST turkey, cheese, bacon and deer sausage we've ever had! We even stopped by on our way home and got more! Planning on ordering more!
