Château St-jérôme - Saint-Jérôme

Delicious submarine and club sandwich with a delicious brown sauce.

We arrived at 1017, and two waitresses walked right past us without acknowledging us. No one said hello at the reception, and we were just trying to find a seat for lunch. We received no response! Even when we stopped by for coffee, we were still ignored. The experience felt rather ordinary. I'm not sure if I'll return; it was very disappointing. They really need to improve their customer service. It's unacceptable to wait nearly 20 minutes just to get a greeting and attempt to sit down.

First conclusive experience with a delivery from this restaurant. On this Thanksgiving evening, I didn't have the heart to prepare dinner. Almost all restaurants in St-Jérôme close between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Château St-Jérôme is open until 10:30 p.m.We ordered chicken fried rice and fisn and chips. The portions are generous. The meal was delivered quickly, about thirty minutes after placing the order, it was hot and very good. For the rice there were nice pieces of well cooked chicken breast and vegetables. For the fish and chips, it was served with real fresh fries and not the small frozen pale fries, a coleslaw and tartar sauce.We will keep this restaurant in mind for next time.
