Mcdonald's - SAINT CLAIR

I went in the evening, and they took it to calculate me for a big frit when I ordered a sandwich and a drink, I speak about the extra $3-4. I went into the window and they have a manager there cool, so I ask why it is 3-4 dollars from the meal and rink price they said, oh it is because they get the meal. So we have a basic exchange of why I am being accused and automatically accused for a fry, they fix the order and total what it should be, then after the attempt to apologize for possibly coming out of the rude, they simply window in my face and glare at me like I am the problem and not there rude unreasonable co-workers. gosh just ask them if I want the fry, they don't cheat me or other people.

People there seemed to be a bit rude. And lazy. Not caring of the customers wants or needs no napkins put in the bag for take out. And it wasn't really busy at all T the time. These young kids seem to not care for making a difference in our society. And making it seem better for everyone as a team member of the society. And the way they look at people seems so uncalled for. Your drive thru needs a better person at the window. For the viewing public. Like me. that see this behavior. And she is lucky I am a business owner myself.

I was a little hesitant at first to give five stars but ONLY because I was trying to order my breakfast on the Kiosk it would not let me choose a Large Minute Maid Orange Juice. When I told the employee working the register, she didn't know why and sorta brushed it off as if it didn't matter.However !!! THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. Who ever is making the food back there just made the best Sausage Egg Cheese McMuffins in a 1500 mile radius. So thank you very much. Hopefully that OJ option gets fixed on that kiosk. ???

Most friendly employees I have ever experienced at a Fast food restaurant...and most of the workers were teenagers.

Can not go wrong with McDonald's, I find all the McDonald's I've visit are clean and well kept, if you need help they are very good at providing assistance quickly.
